After Care Instructions

Welcome to the part of your self care that happens after you leave our cozy little healing wotel.
What you do at home matters just as much as what we do in the treatment room, so think of this as your simple, no stress game plan for feeling good and getting the best results possible.

Scroll below to find the aftercare instructions for the specific service you came in for. Whether you treated your skin, your gut, or both, following the right aftercare helps your body heal, reset, and actually hold onto those results.

Your results and your comfort matter just as much as the treatment itself. Some services come with zero downtime, others may come with peeling, flaking, extra bathroom trips, or a few tiny dots that look way more dramatic than they actually are. All normal. All temporary. All part of the process.

Follow the steps below, be gentle with your skin and your body, and let the magic do its thing. And if anything feels weird, confusing, or you just want a little reassurance, you know where to find us.
