At Feel The Heal it is critical that we adhere strictly to increased safety and sanitation guidelines to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. I am confident that we can work together to get running properly while ensuring the best health and safety for everyone.

Included are the new safety guidelines and rules we have implemented based off of the CDCs recommendations for prevention and protection. We ask that all patrons of Feel The Heal take these rules seriously. There will be no exceptions.

As we attempt a return to normalcy, our Team is working diligently to protect you as well as themselves, in order to provide the treatment you seek. In addition, several procedures are in close contact so we ask for your cooperation in making this productive and possible so we can move forward and not have to go in reverse.

Consultations Go Virtual

All consults will be conducted via-text to cut down on face-to-face contact.


Feel The Heal will have added, professional deep cleaning  sessions to each week, making a significant effort to showcase our care for the health of those entering the office. Cleanliness is an increasingly important factor in our business and we can assure that we will step up all measures.

Arrival - Please follow the steps below:

Upon arriving at Feel The Hell, we ask that Clients: 

1.) Send a text to 305-466-9268, reception, to notify us that you arrived.

2.) Wait in car to be notified - and then proceed to the entrance. 

- Time between clients may vary due to sanitizing and resetting the space. Please try to be punctual. We will take you ASAP so we ask that you are on time. 

-Missed appointments will result in a full charge, 100%- no exceptions. 

-Showing up late: we will dock time from the appointment in order to be able to continue the flow in addition to demand for more sanitizing, etc.

-No guests are permitted in the waiting room.  Must wait in the car.

Limited Services and Hours:

We will be opening with a limited menu of services and modified hours of operation. Certain services require many instruments to be sanitized and a higher level of risk. We will provide the same great service, and services, in a smaller size.

For the respect of the health and safety of the Team, we will be operating under modified hours. This will ensure that social distancing is still able to take place amongst employees, limiting clients; however, safety is our top concern.

Upon Entering

-Masks must be worn at all times 

*If you do not have a mask we will provide one for $5

**We prefer you bring your own as PPE is limited and priced very high

-Temperature will be taken through the forehead using a digital thermometer, upon entry as well as hand sanitation

-Anyone with temperature above 99.6 will be sent home and charged the full amount of the appt. *Please do not show up sick or with a fever 

-All clients must wash hands in the office before the start of the appointment 

-No additional guests permitted in the office including: pets and kids

*One client per appt to limit the amount of people in the office at a time

-100% charge: no show or if you do not cancel within 24-hours

-Booking  and canceling on own via our online booking link: you must provide a credit card to hold your appt. 

*This does not pay for your treatment it just holds your spot; however, if you do not follow protocol, are late or a no-show, you will be charged.

-Talking must be limited due to proximity of clients and staff
