24 Hours Policy
Here at Feel The Heal, we value your presence in our office and welcome you in an effort to make the most difference in your life. Because of the high volume and demand for our treatments, we must look out for the best interest of our therapists and for those who need us most, our client’s.
Every appointment is pre-scheduled and sanctioned for every individual. Our twenty-four-hour cancellation policy helps us meet every client’s needs. When you do not let us know that you will not be able to make it within this time frame, it takes away from those who truly need these beneficial treatments. We are open seven days a week to serve you so remember, please be courteous.
Feel The Heal’s twenty-four-hour cancellation policy states that if you do not coincide with these rules and grant us twenty-four hours of notice, you will be charged the full amount of the treatment as a result of your negligence. By signing this form, you give Feel The Heal the right to charge your credit card for the full amount of the treatment, in the event that you do not meet these guidelines.
As well, appointments are scheduled on the hour and when you do not arrive on time it causes other client’s to run off schedule. The treatment’s generally last 45 minutes to an hour; therefore, any client who does not arrive within 5-10 minutes of their scheduled time will either be penalized for that time or we may be forced to reschedule the appointment depending on the time frame.
Client’s who are continually late will be forced to pre-pay for their treatments. We understand the trivialities of life and we will do our best to accommodate you.
